All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation received 31 or more days prior to arrival date will result in a full refund of rental fees paid to date, and 50% of the booking fee. Any cancellation received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will result in no refunds. If we are able to re-rent the vehicle, we will refund the rental amount for the number of days rented, less the booking fee. If reservation cannot be honored by Shasta Adventures, all payments made are refundable. We regret we cannot make exceptions to this policy for personal emergencies.
