Booking Fee
The booking fee is equal to one day of the vehicle rental price, and is due at the time of reservation.

Cleaning and Damage Deposit
A Cleaning and Damage Deposit of $1000 for the boat, or $500 for all other vehicles, is due one day prior to delivery or pickup date, and can be
made in the form of cash or credit card.

Payments
Rental fees are due 60 days prior to delivery or pickup of the vehicle. We accept check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Please allow 30-60 days for checks to clear. The check must clear before rental can be issued. There is a $25 fee if a check is returned, and will result
in loss of reservation.

Rental Requirements
The renter must be at least 25 years of age for boat rental, and 18 for all other vehicles. The renter must also have a valid California Drivers License,
and a major credit card/cash for the damage deposit.

Rental Times
For delivered vehicles the rental period is from 8-5pm or 9-6pm. Vehicles that are picked up have a 24 hour rental period from departure time. We can
customize a rental package to meet your needs.

Orientation
This is done prior to rental times. Most vehicles require only about 10 minutes. RV and boat require about 30 minutes. No vehicle will be rented
without completion of lesson.

Occupancy
The max occupancy is strictly enforced. Breach of policy will result in termination of the contract without refund.

**All vehicles are to be returned full of gas and oil, if applicable, or there will the a $35 charge plus the cost of the gas.
